Unless the context otherwise requires, each reference in this
Agreement to:-
1.2.1 “writing”, and any cognate expression,
includes a reference to any communication effected by facsimile
transmission or similar means;
1.2.2 a “working day” is a reference to any
day other than Saturday or Sunday which is not a bank or public
holiday [in the territory of either party];
1.2.3 a statute or a provisions of a statute
is a reference to that statute or provision as amended or
re-enacted at the relevant time;
1.2.4 “this Agreement” is a reference to this
Agreement and each of the Schedules as amended or supplemented
at the relevant time;
